Agreement and order

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are under 18, the guardian must approve your order and attach their telephone number.

Order confirmation

Homegrowing always sends you an order confirmation via e-mail to the specified e-mail address where you can find your order number and other information.

Remember to also check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation.


Secure payments

Shopping online should feel safe and therefore you as a customer can choose between a number of different safe and well-known payment options.

Visa & MasterCard

We offer safe and secure payment with Visa or Mastercard through our partner Klarna Checkout.


Smooth, safe and secure payment with PayPal. A fee of SEK 25 is added for this payment method.

Cash on delivery

Contact us if you wish to order cash on delivery. A cash on delivery fee of SEK 100 is added for this service. Unclaimed shipments are charged.

Invoice and partial payment - Klarna

When you pay via invoice, this is administered by Klarna.
The invoice is sent via e-mail.

When paying by invoice, the order is always sent to your registered address automatically. This is for your safety as a customer.

Please note that we cannot send your order to another person or to another address if you have chosen Klarna as a payment method.

Return policy and warranty

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and open purchase according to law, from the time the item is picked up in store or at the delivery point.

Save the receipt to prove the current date.

For the right of withdrawal to apply, the customer must contact Homegrowing within these 14 days.
The product must be returned in original packaging with receipt, in undamaged condition and unused.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

The item can also be returned to the store with your own transport - Hallsta gårdsgata 30, 721 38 Västerås.

It is only possible to return the product if it is completely resalable and free of defects, including the packaging. Used products are not granted the right of return.

Please note that tents that have been unpacked cannot be returned as they are unsalable.

Products that have been specially ordered are also not granted the right of return and cannot be returned.

Prepaid return shipping slip can be ordered from us (for from SEK 99 depending on the product's weight and size!) Contact us if a return slip is desired.

In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the risk of possible shipping damage, so remember to pack the item properly.

The purchase price (excluding shipping costs for the return) is refunded within 14 days from when we have received the product back and have been able to determine that it is fault-free.

Complaint / Warranty

You as a customer have a 1-year warranty on all products unless otherwise stated, however not consumable products such as light bulbs and/or products where normal wear and tear occurs and products where damage has occurred due to negligence.

In the event of a complaint, Homegrowing is contacted and the product is returned in its original packaging with the receipt.

Homegrowing pays for shipping in the event of a complaint.

Please note that the warranty ceases to apply if repair or other intervention in the product has been carried out.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, you must contact us directly and do not open, attempt to repair or otherwise damage the product.

In the event of a complaint, we must offer a new equivalent product or the customer receives store credit for the value of the complained-about item.

Personal data policy

Your email address is used for order confirmation and to send delivery notifications so that you can track your package and if you enter a mobile number, you will be notified via SMS when your package is available for collection. In the event of any questions regarding your order, we will contact you in the first instance via the email address provided.


We use cookies to identify visitors as unique but anonymous individuals. This is to make it easier for you as a customer, for example by the goods you put in your shopping cart being saved for a while to make it easier on future visits.
