T5 fluorescent tube kit from Superplant with two Sylvania fluorescent tubes of 24 watts each with a light spectrum for the grow phase.

A lamp fixture gives 48w power and with its length of 57cm it works excellently for growing on shelves, e.g.

It emits little heat and allows you to get close to the plants for good light penetration and for further light focusing downwards there are reflective side wings on the fixture.

A cord is included to connect more lights and two hanging next to each other would give an output of 96 watts.

There are suspension hooks on the lamp to be able to attach rope ratchets or other optional suspension easily and thus control the height.
